Restored Pool Table

This has been my most involved and complicated project to date. I have always wanted to upgrade from my old wooden table and I jumped at the chance to restore this old one I purchased used. I have redone every aspect of the table from head to toe. I am most proud of the coin mechanism, as I have made that 100% custom as the original mechanism was missing. The table now plays excellentlly, with the balls having little friction and plenty of bounce off the rails. And it is perfectly level - a big step up from the previous table. Repairs included: cleaning, sealing wood frame from moisture, finishing the veneer siding with polyurethane, removing old felt and cleaning slate, gluing new felt onto the slate, cleaning de-rusiting and painting all internal metal parts, polishing alluminum parts,  replacing rail bumpers with new rubber, refelting the rails, making custom wooden insert for the coin mechanism, seperately refurbishing the coin op from a different machine, and finally all pieces coming together. All in all, this project was a tonn of work and took around 3 weeks to complete. Completely worth it for the quality of game the table provides. I plan on making my own pool que in the near future.
